Adriel Fernandez

President Adriel lost his sight in 2017 after 26 years of perfect vision. Transitioning to a new life with a visual impairement was a difficult task, but soon Adriel discovered Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Since then, Adriel has committed to sharing with others in the disabled community the gift of martial arts.

 

Nancy Sanchez (Fernandez)

Secretary/Treasurer
Nancy served in the Navy for 5 years and is always looking for new ways to serve her community. Nancy has seen first hand the benefits that martial arts can have on both the physical and mental health of individuals. Nancy is doing her part to help make martial arts equitable and accessible for those who can benefit from it.

Richard Schmitt

Richard served in the Navy for 6 years and loves being active in the community. He intends to use the focus, discipline, and movement that Martial Arts provides as a benefit to his spiritual practice.
